Msgr. Downey was ordained on June 5, 1909 and was appointed Pastor of St Catherine’s Parish on June 26, 1917, remaining pastor there until his death on December 28, 1948.

All member meetings will be held at our new build, Downey Event Center – 4071 S Keystone Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227, the next meeting is Monday, August 10th, 2026 at 7pm.

The reported net income does include the cost of bingo and pull tab supplies or taxes paid.

Overall, the Bingo program has attracted consistent attendance and generated positive income during its first several months of operation.

Doors will open at 5:00pm each Tuesday and bingo will begin at 6:30pm.

Our team continues to grow, and I am confident you will appreciate Brad’s professionalism and care.

Brad brings a strong background in management within the steel industry, giving him excellent experience in listening, understanding needs, and helping members plan effectively. He is a member of Council 3660 on the south side of Indianapolis and is eager to serve his brother Knights here at home.

As your advisor, Brad’s responsibility is to meet with all members to review fraternal benefits and update your Survivor’s Assistance Program. This is a free service available to every Knight. Beyond insurance and financial matters, Brad offers friendship, guidance, and Brotherhood in the Order.

Building Update

April 2026

Liquor License Update

As of this publication, we’ve been approved by the State and Marion County for a license. We’re now working out the details for purchasing liquor and beer, as well as recruiting volunteer bartenders.

Health Department Update

We are now in compliance with the Board of Health.  The board is reviewing the next steps.
