Msgr. Downey was ordained on June 5, 1909 and was appointed Pastor of St Catherine’s Parish on June 26, 1917, remaining pastor there until his death on December 28, 1948.
All member meetings will be held at our new build, Downey Event Center – 4071 S Keystone Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227, the next meeting is Monday, September 14th, 2026 at 7pm.

2026 Soccer Challenge
This year, Msgr. Downey Council 3660 is proud to host the Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge, inviting boys and girls ages 9–14 to test their skills in a friendly penalty kick competition. Participants will compete within their age group for a chance to advance to the district level!
